That Is What We Are All About!

We Support the Transgender Community in the Lehigh Valley Including Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton Pennsylvania along with surrounding areas in Northeast PA and New Jersey.

 

We Have Members From Lehigh County, Northampton County, Bucks County, Monroe County, Carbon County, Luzerne County, Berks County, the Poconos and New Jersey.

 

We Welcome Transgender, Gender Non-Conforming, Gender-fluid, and Gender-Questioning Men and Woman Along With Their Spouses and Family.

We are a Non-Profit Support Group with a Mission to Improve the Lives of Transgender Individuals and Their Families by Providing Social Opportunities, Peer Support, Education, Resources, and Outreach Focused on the Needs of the Transgender Community.

 

Membership is Not a Requirement to Attend A Renaissance Meeting.  So Stop on By - Even if You Are Just Passing Through!

Building The Transgender Community In The Lehigh Valley

  • We Offer Transgender, Gender-Questioning and Genderqueer People From the Lehigh Valley and Surrounding Areas a Confidential, Respectful and Safe Location to Meet So That They Can Feel Comfortable and Learn.

 

  • We Provide A Social Support Network To Provide Transgender Men, Women and Gender Nonconforming People With Peer Based Social Support.

 

  • One Of The Goals Of Renaissance Is To Promote A Positive Image To The Business Community, The Media, And The General Public. Our Members Can Provide Opportunities For Education Regarding Transgenderism, Gender Dysphoria, Transexuality, And Related Topics.

 

  • Renaissance Is A Place For Spouses And Partners To Express Their Feelings And Gain Support From People In Similar Circumstances.

 

  • We Offer Opportunities For Social Activities And Fun!

 

  • If They Are Comfortable Doing So, We Encourage Our Members To Help And Serve Others In The Transgender Community Through Assisting To Organize And Present Various Educational And Social Activities.

 

  • While Our Members Are Not Medical Professionals, They Can Offer Referral Services To Therapists And Other Professionals Trained In Gender Dysphoria Issues, Crossdressing, Transgender, Transexual And Related Issues.  Be Sure To Check Out Our Resources Page.

 

  • We Offer Connections To Other Social And Support Organizations That Support Transgender Persons Throughout The United States
